Why Do My Services Surpass Others?......
I answer my phone. At the very least I return a call asap! Yes, many long distance numbers are telemarketers trying to sell me something, but I do call back and say, “I just missed a call from this number”. Half the time it’s a person looking for a rental, someone trying to sell me the “FIRST PAGE ON GOOGLE”.
Bottom line, if I didn’t answer the phone that one special time I would not have had that listing. In fact, I had to beat out another agent for that listing and the seller was in another state! Now, knowing I am from Oahu, Hawaii, you know another state means ---across the Pacific Ocean somewhere.
I will go above and beyond to get your home show ready. I will go through your property and let you know what you need to do (my opinion mind you) to show the public that you are serious about selling your home. A few minor updates and repairs will do a world of good!
Bottom line, you as the seller need to put as much effort and a few dollars to sell your home at market value. I beat out that other agent because I spent the time (for a long distance seller) to go to the unit and have a trusted contractor draw up and estimate on what these minor repairs and upgrades will cost.

Again, I answer my phone or an email from a potential relocating client. MOST of my relocating home buyer clients have been reading my ActiveRain blog for over a year before calling me. Their first sentence is….”Hi, my name is xxxx xxxx and I found you on the internet and I am looking for an agent to help me buy a home”.
Bottom line, what I write on the internet (my blog, my website and so on) will travel for years and something that I wrote a long time ago may still be of interest to those that are thinking about buying a home on Oahu. I’m sure that those who ultimately call me; will hear the person behind those words.
You may not be arriving on Oahu, Hawaii for six months…or even a year. GREAT! This agent is ready to talk with you and work with you until you arrive! It gives us time to get ready so that when you do arrive we are ready to hit the pavement!
Bottom line, if you are serious then so am I! A little extra time will give you the chance to get preapproved for a home loan so that when you arrive you are ready to search for homes! That extra time will also give you and I an idea of what you are looking for.
These are just a few scenarios of WHY my service is better than my counterparts. Investing just a little time with me will give you the answer you are looking for. “Who do I need to sell my home” or “Who do I want to represent me in purchasing property on Oahu”.
