With our warm tropical island weather and outstanding scenic views Hawaii is THE choice spot for a Hawaii Relocation. With the Hawaii Military Relocation, the Hawaii Retiree and the Hawaii Job Transfer at some point they all consider buying a condo or home on beachfront property. It's the dream come true, right?
Ah...the famous North Shore of Oahu where the beaches are gorgeous and the famous surfing competitions commence every winter. Sun, surf, sand, mountains mean coastal and country living at its best!
Historic Haleiwa Town is one of the towns on the North Shore that has everything from historic landmarks like the Heiau's (ancient Hawaiian temples) to shopping malls, shops, oceanfront restaurants, surf shops, scuba lessons. sky diving, fishing, boat harbor, community centers and more!
One thing you should know about the island of Oahu. Our island (Honolulu Country) is so densely populated that the next town can be smack next to each other. The North Shore IS made up of the following towns: Waialua, Mokuleia (Dillingham Air Field), Haleiwa, Waimea, Paalaakai (in Wailua area), and Kawailoa (where Laniakea Beach - Turtle Beach is).
Keeping all of this in mind.......

Oh what I wouldn't give to live there full time :) Not in the city, but in an area like North Shore, where life isn't as fast paced, and it's beautiful. Nice portrayal of what is available, and what it looks like.
Sign me up... I am ready to relocate! Hawaii is such a magical beautiful place to live. This post is simply stunning... it truly is paradise!
What a beautiful beach. Statistics not needed. Great slide show.

Katerina: I love my home. :)
Having a knowledgable agent to work with is so important. If I ever have someone relocating to Hawaii I know who I will be calling:)
Bill: That's a nice compliment Bill....:)
Wonderful stuff once again from my Hawaii connection. It is cold and gray here today so the sun and surf was just what I needed. Thanks.
It is so important to have the support of someone like you when making this type of move. Anyone wanting to relocate or being sent there for service should contact YOU!
Oh, your weather!! I could really use it right now. It's been raining since last Friday AND going to continue to rain until Saturday; New York is so gloomy right now!
Sally - I am not an envious person but if I were I would certainly envy you, you live in my colorful dream world of sun, sand, ocean, and flowers. I can hear the roar of the surf pounding on the shore as I watched your picture show.
Reading your blogs is almost like beimg on vacation. You always have such beautiful photos. I love it.
Thanks all for stopping by and sharing my home...Hawaii. It's wonderful to take a tour around the island every so often....things change ....just like the market :)
The slide show was beautiful. Hope to one day own some property on the North Shore of Oahu. Love the scenery, the peacefulness and the weather. Great place for relaxation and watching the big waves from the deck of a beachside home.
