Got A "Monkey" On My Back

It's just one of those days when I have a lot on my mind.  I have gazillion things to do and a list that keeps growing. I need to be in the mindset of this guy...... Monkey or not on his back and he's just ...RELAXED.

Hi Sally - You have the right idea.  The busier you are the more you have to stop now and then and just breathe!

Hi Sally... the monkey on my back today is the over 12 inches of snow we received here yesterday.  Dallas is not equipped to deal with even an inch of snow... a foot causes all sorts of logistical issues!

I have several monkeys on my back this week and I am wading in a pond full of crocodiles.  Relaxation is not on my plate for a while :(

This guy certainly has the whole Hakuna Matata mindset going on!  Maybe if we toughen up our skin into rhino status we'll have more Hakuna Matata times ourselves.  :)

Sally:

Well someone looks  pretty comfortable. Much more relaxed than I feel. I could certainly sleep like that, though. It's not in the cards right now.

Even that guy seems to have a bird on his back, but I guess that's better than a monkey. We all have days when we just need to relax.

It is always important to relax and smell the roses - life is way too short to let the monkey on your back control you!
