COMMUNITY OF MILILANI | Mililani Mauka Home For Sale |Mililani Mauka Open House

Mililani Town IS the ONLY community in Hawaii to receive the distinction in 1986 of the "All American City".   We have approximately 50,000 residents, 7 recreation centers and a Master Planned Community that finally finished building and they sold their last homes in 2008 .  The first home went up for sale in June of 1968 and 112 homes were offered for sale.

My family bought their new Mililani home in 1971 and because the Mililani High school wasn't finished building I caught the bus to Wahiawa and graduated in 1974.  Mililani Mauka had their ground breaking ceremony in 1990 and a big block party ensued. My children and I were there for the celebration right next to the gazebo with hot dogs, balloons and loads of fun, entertainment and information.
