Now I could not imagine a better place to enjoy Halloween.
Thanks Tim....me either...I might make it a point on Halloween :) :)
Greenway Middle School in Arizona was just featured on tonight's news. The class is raising funds to go to Pearl Harbor on December 7th and Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie. It was interesting to watch them try to dance the tahitian.
As always Sally, your post is informative and depicts the true Hawaiian spirit.
Laie is one of my favorite places on the planet. The PCC is a national treasure. It has even been copied by China in their own similar center pulling together the many varied aspects of culture in that country.
Oh, wow, Sally! I can not imagine spending Halloween in Hawaii! With all of the local stories and legends I am sure it is VERY enlightening. The Polynesian Cultural Center sounds like an awesome place to visit with a little something offered for EVERYONE!
Sally, I first visited the Polynesian Cultural Center at La'ie in 1968 when I lived in Honolulu for a year. It amazed me then, and I'm sure it continues to do so now. The Halloween Haunted Lagoon would be spine-tingling, I'm sure.
Outstanding, Sally! What a magical place and I love the photo with the soft focus border. It SHOULD be featured in Hyperlocal! Great post!
Sally.. I have missed these kinds of posts from you. The Haunted Lagoon canoe ride sounds really cool. To bad I wasn't much closer for something like this. Overall, thanks for sharing this...
I love this place! It is one of the stops I have to make when I travel to Ohau! :)
Sally
Wow a Hunted Lagoon for Halloween, now that will be an Interesting trip.

Sally - the Polynesian Cultural Center sounds like a wonderful place to visit and experience. And the Haunted Lagoon canoe ride...that's a first. Sounds like a Disney ride. Are you going?
Jeff

Sally - now this is one cultural center that I would love to visit!!! Museums and cultural centers are always on my list of places to visit!
We went there in 2000 for a Luau. It was GREAT!
