Hawaiian Sunset on a Friday Evening

I was in awe! I ran to grab my camera!  I could not ask for a better way to end my day.. than with a spectacular sun setting in the distance….and capturing this moment to share with all of you.

These are the moments when I stop…take a breath …and realize that I just took a moment to be grateful for the little things.

HI Sally - very nice thought, and a peaceful and spiritual photo to go with it.  When did you start using a different signature on your photos?  Is that new?  I"m used to seeing the cjc.

Sally - In the four trips I have made to Hawaii, I experienced no shortage of gorgeous sunsets.  I remember especially spectacular ones at Kona.  But it was a rainbow in Maui, that blew my socks off!  I hope to return to the islands in February or March.  I like the colors in your photo!
