Our townhomes in my area used to go for that price but now because of the rate of foreclosures..the prices have gone down dramatically...good luck selling...that's inexpensive for your area from what you tell me.

Sally - what amazes me each time is how SMALL townhomes and condos are over there - I would expect double that sq footage in our area!!! Do you calculate sq ft differently? We calculate all of the heated/air conditioned areas of the home. Is that how you do it?????
