I love that it has 2 full bathrooms, AND 2 assigned parking spaces. Most of our townhomes only have one, then everyone fights for a guest spot for their 2nd vehicle. Your listing sounds like the community was planned well.

Deb: That's probably why I do get work done :) I was able to get a pedicure and spend time with my daughter today...and on my way to the sellers to drop off new flyers and booklet with info for potential buyers.
Carole: Reasonable in Central Oahu...closer to town and you get older and more expensive :)
